Ingredients:
250 g chick peas
3/4 tsp garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
100 g plain yogurt
65 g ripe avocado
Directions:
1. Drain beans and rinse in a colander until water runs clear. Puree beans with garlic in a food processor.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth. Add more salt or lemon juice if desired.
3. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
