Avocado, Egg and Mango

Both avocado and mango grow in my yard. This is a great find.
Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, peeled pitted and chopped
1 habanero pepper, seeded stemmed and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 mangoes, peeled pitted and halved
6 sprigs cilantro
Directions:
1. DirectionsBlend all ingredients except mangoes and cilantro in a food
2. processor or blender at medium speed until smooth.
3. Chill for several hours.
4. Pour into mango halves and garnish with cilantro.
