Such an easy twist on guacamole, this creamy condiment is my secret weapon on fish tacos and in burritos.
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, peeled
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. Place garlic in food processor; process until minced. Scoop pulp from avocados; add to food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
2. Kids can Help: After you remove the pits from the avocados, kids can help scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.
