Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
2 ripe avocadoes
2 env unflavored gelatin
2 cups chicken broth warm
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 of a yellow onion
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place avocado and chicken in a food processor
2. Dissolve gelatin in the warm broth and stir to dissolve
3. Add broth to processor with remaining ingredients.
4. Process smooth.
5. Spray a decorative mold with cooking spray.
6. Add mixture,
7. Chill very well
8. Carefully unmold to serve.
9. Serve with assorted crackers and bread
