Be a very good dip for veggie or crackers chips and more!
Ingredients:
2 ea avocados; peeled & chopped
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c lime juice
1 ts sugar
1 ts salt
1/4 ts freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1 2/3 cups of dip.
