Avocado and Prawns in Wasabi

A nice easy dish for entertaining though it must be served the moment it's made or the avocado will start to discolor.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, halved,stoned,and skin removed
250 g cooked shelled king prawns
4 teaspoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons wasabi
Directions:
1. Cut each half of the avocados into 3/4 inch cubes.
2. Cut the prawns into 1 inch pieces.
3. Put the prawns and avocados into a bowl and toss well with the dressing, and serve at once.
