1 part cider vinegar
4 parts olive oil
ground allspice

Directions:
1. VIGAIGRETTE
2. Segment the grapefruit supremes, reserving juice, squeeze pulp
3. mix with equal amount of cider vinegar
4. double amount of oil, season with allpice, salt pepper
5. Drizzle on grapefruite and avocado
6. CITRONETTE
7. Combine all ingrediants except crabmeat
8. Clean crabmeat of shells
9. Add crabmeat to citronette, a little at a time,

11. RADIATE ON PLATE OF BIBB LETTUCES. SPRINKLE VINAIGRETTE. CENTER 2 OUNCES OF CRAB CITRONETTE.
