Ingredients:
2 whole(s) onion chopped
2 whole(s) tomato chopped
1/2 whole(s) coconut cut pieces
3 clove(s) garlic
4 clove(s) krambu
1 piece(s) pattai
2 tablespoon(s) corander whole
2 clove(s) cardamon
1 tablespoon(s) garam masala
1 cup(s) avarai parapu
1 teaspoon(s) termaric
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) chilli
1 cup(s) kari leaves
1 pinch(s) mustard
Directions:
1. [Masala]
2. Add oil to pan and add Krambu,Pattai and Cardamon.
3. Add Garlic
4. Add Onion
5. Add Coriander
6. Add Tomatos and coconut and Garam masala
7. Add termaric and chilli powder
8. After frying a while cool it down and grind
9. [Cook]
10. Pressure cook Masala and Avarai parapu
11. [Seasoning]
12. Add oil and fry mustard and kari leaves
13. Add the cooked masala and allow it to thicken add salt to taste
