Nice and light fruit salad- recipe was given to me by a co-worker
Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into chunks
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup mandarin orange, drained
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 lime, zest of
8 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together with chopped nuts. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.
