Autumn Chopped Salad

colorful ,tasty fruity, savory, nutty. A great holiday side salad or main dinner salad!
Ingredients:
3 hearts of romaine, cleaned and chopped
3 ripe pears, peeled and diced
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup nuts toasted: pecans, almond, walnuts etc.
1, 1b bacon, cooked and crumbled ( turkey bacon is also fine )
5 oz goat cheese crumbled
1 part balsamic vinaigrette to 2 parts poppy seed dressing- bottled or your favorite home made dressing
1/3 cup vinaigrette to 2/3 cup poppyseed or enough to moisten but not drench salad
Directions:
1. Mix all just before serving
2. Place in a nice bowl ,
3. I divided salad into 2 bowls for each side of the table
4. serves 6-8 as a main dish salad or 10-12 as a side salad
