Autumn Apple Muffins

This a good for you muffin...with the fall flavours. I can't remember where I got it...probably from a magazine...as there was no internet then. Enjoy! I have changed the oven temp as per one reviewers advise.
Ingredients:
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup natural bran
1 apple, peeled and grated
1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup white flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if you like)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine egg, butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, oats, bran, apple, and dried fruit.
2. Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
3. Add flour mixture to bran mixture.
4. Stir just to mix.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
