Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sear the Chicken in the Olive Oil about 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Chop the Garlic, Ginger, Onions and Tomato.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Saute cumin seeds til they sizzle, then add tumeric and stir in to mix completely
  5. Add Onions and saute for 7 minutes.
  6. Add Garlic and Ginger and saute til fragrant (1 minute).
  7. Add Tomato, Chili Powder and Coriander and stir in to mix completely.
  8. Lower temp to Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces.
  10. Add Chicken and Frozen Peas, stir in to mix completely.
  11. Add water and stir in to mix completely.
  12. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  13. Stir in Cilantro and Garam Masala.
  14. Remove from heat, and allow to rest uncovered for 15 minutes so the flavors can combine and the dish can cool.
  15. Enjoy.
