Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1/2 cup cream
1 cup milk
2/3 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Turn out dough onto a floured surface and lightly press dough down to approximately 2 cm thickness.
3. Cut into rounds with a scone cutter (or use a small, clean empty tin).
4. Place on a greased baking tray.
5. Bake in a hot oven for approx 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
