Auntie Lous Cold Cut Stromboli

This is always a hit at our family functions. Serve it as an appetizer or just put it on the buffet. Make a great lunch the next day too!
Ingredients:
1/4 pound each deli turkey breast, bologna, genoa salami, baked ham, (or any deli meats you prefer)
1 small jar of chopped pimentos, or roasted red peppers
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 loaf of bread dough (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Roll out dough into a 9x13 inch (approximately) rectangle. Top with deli meats, pimentos or red peppers, and cheese. Roll dough starting at the long end, pinch edge to seal, and fold sides under. Make three slits in the dough to allow steam to escape. Brush with olive oil, and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until Stromboli sounds hollow when tapped. .
2. Cool before slicing. Yum!
