Aunt Tammy's Butterscotch Apple Crisp

Recipe from my sister. Very rich and comforting!
Ingredients:
5 granny smith apples, peeld and roughly chopped
1 (11 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 2 quart baking dish.
2. Filling: Toss apples, butterscotch chips, flour cinnamon, allspice and lemon juice together. Add to buttered baking dish and dot with butter.
3. Topping: Combine flour, sugar, oats and salt. Blend butter into mix until it forms pea sized lumps. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over filling.
4. Bake about 45 minutes.
