Aunt Rose's Fried Oven Chicken

This is a recipe I got from my Aunt Rose, nothing fancy just plain and simple. Chicken comes out moist
Ingredients:
1 (3 -4 lb) frying chickens
salt and pepper
flour
Directions:
1. Cut frying chicken up in pieces.
2. Salt and pepper.
3. Roll in flour.
4. Brown chicken in skillet.
5. After browining, put in open roaster at 325 degrees for 1 hour and it comes out really nice.
6. If in longer seems to get too crisp.
