Aunt Roses Carrot Cake

This is my Aunt's carrot cake, she makes it for lots of birthdays, everyone loves it, nice and moist.
Ingredients:
2 cups ap flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups white sugar
1- 80z can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
2. Beat oil, sugar and eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl.
3. Add flour mixture, beat until smooth. Add pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts.
4. Pour into a greased 13”x9” pan for 50-60min at 350F. Cool for 10min and remove from pan.
