Ingredients:
14.5 ounce(s) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon(s) greek seasoning
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 can(s) quartered artichoke hearts
4 piece(s) tilapia fillets
Directions:
1. Drain tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Preheat large saute pan on med-high 2-3 min. Season both sides of fish with pepper and greek seasoning. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Add fish.cook 1 min on each side to sear. then Top with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 8-10 min stirring vegetables once Cook time may vary according to thickness of fish.
