This Greek inspired salad is delish and healthy too.
Ingredients:
2 (15 oz.)cans of garbanzo beans,drained
2 cucumbers halved lengthwise and sliced.
12 cherry tomatoes,halved
1/2 red onion chopped2 cloves garlic,minced.
1 (15 oz.) can black olives drained and chopped.
1 oz. feta cheese crumbled.
1/2 cup italiansalad dressing.
1/2 lemon,juiced.
1/2 tsp.garlic salt.
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper.
Directions:
1. Combine the beans,cucumbers,tomatoes,red onion,garlic,olives,cheese,dressing,lemon juice,salt & pepper.
2. Toss together well.
3. REFRIGERATE 2 hours before serving..
4. Serve chilled.
