Asparugus is a great versatile vegetable that not only tastes great it is good for you too
Ingredients:
200g asparagus, trimmed
20g unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese flakes
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Bring well-salted water to the boil in a frying pan; add asparagus, simmer, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender.
2. Serve drizzled with the melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and pepper
