Asparagus with Herb Butter |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegan margarine or 2 tablespoons margarine |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can asparagus spears, drained |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, melt butter. 2. Stir in tarragon and lemon peel. 3. Simmer 2 minutes over low heat. 4. Pour over warmed asparagus spears. |
