Asparagus With Garlic

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic crushed
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pounds fresh asparagus
6 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix garlic with and set aside.
2. Stand asparagus spears upright in a tall pan of boiling water.
3. Cover and cook 10 minutes then carefully lift asparagus to a colander to drain.
4. Arrange asparagus on warm plates and spoon garlic oil over tips.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice then serve immediately.
