Asparagus Topped With Crab

Yummy. This is such an impressive side dish. It's colorful tasty and elgant. I usually serve this with grilled salmon. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus parboiled
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped white onion
1/4 cup butter
2 cups plain yogurt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
12 ounces crab meat
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Place asparagus in a 1-1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
2. In a frying pan sauté the green pepper and onion in butter.
3. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon and lemon juice.
4. Add the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
5. Pour mixture over the asparagus and sprinkle with parmesan.
6. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
