Asparagus & Eggs a La Nancy

Nancy's scrambled asparagus and eggs with baby bella mushrooms. Great for vegetarians; this was a popular dish in my youth on Friday's growing up in a old style catholic home.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup chopped baby portabello mushrooms
1 cup canned or frozen asparagus
12 large eggs
Directions:
1. Heat oil and garlic in saute pan.
2. Add mushrooms and asparagus, saute until desired crispness.
3. Scramble eggs in bowl and add to saute pan.
4. Stir frequently until eggs are done.
