Asparagus & Brie Bruschetta With Honey, Garlic & Lemon D

Great appetizer, you can also use sourdough bread or any heavy bread. So nice with the lightly melted cheese, don't expect any leftovers!
Ingredients:
8 slices italian bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, blanched and halved
8 slices brie cheese (about 60g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon, juice and zest of, grated
1 teaspoon honey
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
1. Arrange bread on a baking paper lined baking tray. Combine oil and garlic. Brush evenly over each slice of bread.
2. Bake slices of bread in a hot oven 200C for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
3. Top each base with an equal amount of asparagus. Top with slice of cheese.
4. Prepare Dressing - Whisk all ingredients together, set aside.
5. Return bruschetta to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately, drizzled with a little dressing.
