A very tasty lowfat salad dressing
Ingredients:
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
