Ingredients:
2 cup(s) chinese egg noodles or fine egg noodles (4 oz)
2 tablespoon(s) chopped cashews or peanuts
1 1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1 medium red sweet pepper, cut into strips
2 teaspoon(s) peanut oil or cooking oil
1 cup(s) snow pea pods or sugar snap pea pods, stems and tips removed
1/3 cup(s) stir fry sauce
Directions:
1. Cook noodles, drain; set aside. Stir ginger into stir fry sauce; set aside.
2. In large skiller, cook and stir peas and pepper in hot oil over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add cooked noodles, chicken, stir fry sauce and cashews/peanuts; heat through.
