Delicious slaw with a sweet asian twist
Ingredients:
64 ounces cabbage, shredded
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 large green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
3 ounce ramen noodles, crushed
Directions:
1. Shred cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl. Put aside.
2. Combine brown sugar, olive oil, green onions soy sauce, vinegar and sesame seeds. Stir with wisk until sugar is disolved.
3. Pour mixture over shredded cabbage and stir until cabbage is completely coated.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Sprinkle with crushed ramen noodles before serving.
