ASIAN SALAD GOOD ALONE OR FOR A SIDE
Ingredients:
24 peeled raw jumbo shrimp
2 med summer squash into bite size pieces
1 bag asian supreme salad mix with dressing
Directions:
1. HEAT THE GRILL
2. THREAD SHRIMP AND SQUASH ON 8 SKEWERS
3. MIX 1 T SESAME ORANGE DRESSING WITH 1 T OIL
4. BRUSH ON SKEWERS
5. SPRINKLE WITH SALT
6. GRILL 5 MINS , TURNING ONCE UNTIL SHRIMP ARE COOKED AND THROUGH AND SQUASH ARE CRISP TENDER
7. SLIDE SHRIMP AND SQUASH OFF SKEWERS INTO A LARGE BOWL
8. ADD SALAD AND REMAINING DRESSING , TOSS TO MIX AND COAT
9. SERVE
