Asian Sesame Crusted Tuna with Dijon Sauce

I just made this up one night for dinner and it was really tasty. I served on top of a mixed green salad and drizzled the pan juices over the salad and tuna. Yummy!!
Ingredients:
9 oz tuna, yellowfin
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbl dijon mustard
2 tbl brown sugar
1 oz key lime juice
2 tbl sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar and lime juice in bowl.
2. Marinate the tuna in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat large skillet and add oil.
4. Dredge tuna through sesame seeds and place carefully in skillet.
5. Cook each side for about one minute each.
6. Cut into thin slices and place on top of salad or serve with rice and veggies.
7. Drizzle sauce from pan over the fish.
