Asian Salmon Fillets

This is quick, easy, and wonderful, learned from a Japanese friend
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. slice of salmon per person
butter
garlic powder
powdered ginger
ground pepper
orange juice
soy sauce
Directions:
1. Grease a baking dish with butter
2. Place the salmon skin-side down in it
3. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, ginger, and freshly ground pepper.
4. Sprinkle some soy sauce over the fish and then pour orange juice in, about 1/2 inch deep.
5. Dot the top of the fish with butter.
6. Cover and microwave on high if making two or three servings. For two servings I nuke this 3 1/2 minutes. If preparing for numerous people I'd cook on a lower power and adjust the time so the fish doesn't explode.
