Makes 1/4 cup. A delicious low-fat and calorie dressing delicious over raw or steamed veggies, great when you don't want something cloying!
Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
