Ribs covered in teriyaki and duck sauce.
Ingredients:
6 lbs country-style pork ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 (27 ounce) jar chinese duck sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Directions:
1. Place ribs in bottom of large slow cooker.
2. In a large bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch.
3. Blend in duck sauce, and garlic.
4. Pour sauce over ribs, making sure each layer is covered.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
