Asian Peanut Dip

Use this as a veggie dip or sandwich spread. From Cooking Light (April 2001).
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural is preferred)
1/3 cup silken reduced-fat firm tofu
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
2. Refrigerate.
