Asian Grilled Short Ribs

Tender sweet and spicy finger licking good!
Ingredients:
4 lbs short rib of beef
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup toasted and ground peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, flakes
3 scallions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Slice into meat (not through) about every 1/2 inch.
2. Rub in brown sugar and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
3. In a bowl mix together rest of ingredients.
4. Spread mixture onto ribs and refrigerate for 1 hour more.
5. Place ribs on a hot grill for 5 minutes per side.
6. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
