Asian Flavored Swiss Chard - Weight Watcher Friendly

The sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance. Cook Swiss Chard just before serving. Weight Watcher friendly = 2 points. I found this to be too much sauce, so I cut the recipe in half
Ingredients:
1 lb swiss chard, leaves and stems chopped
4 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray and set over medium high heat, cook Swiss chard for 3 - 4 minutes or until wilted.
2. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Add mixture to Swiss Chard; cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
