This recipe Came from the book that Came with our gas grill. It is great with Steamed veggies and rice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon asian chili sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Score meat in diamond pattern. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and marinate meat 6 hours to overnight.
2. Remove meat, reserving marinade. Grill meat on high 4 minutes per side and allow to rest before slicing. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil over higt heat and cook 3-5 minutes until thick and syrupy.
