Ingredients:
1/2 c vegetable oil,3 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs chopped cilantro
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 c shredded napa cabbage
1 c sliced peppers
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/2 c sliced radishes
