Asian Chicken with Gingered Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon(s) chinese five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
2 cup(s) fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 medium carrot, julienned
2 tablespoon(s) orange juice
2 tablespoon(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh gingerroot
Directions:
1. • Combine the first five ingredients; rub over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. • Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
3. • Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, combine the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with chicken.
