Great for sandwiches or on crackers as appetizers
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
8 snow peas, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced and chopped with greens
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
3 -4 tablespoons asian-style dressing (sesame or thai)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix dressing and mayo.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
3. Spoon onto crackers or into sandwiches.
