Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 egg white
4 sesame seeded hamburger buns
cooking spray
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white.
2. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
4. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes or until done.
5. Serve on sesame seed buns.
