Ingredients:
81 g carrot
82 g baby corn
72 g pak choi
100 g bell pepper
8 g minced ginger
7 g minced garlic
83 g rump steak
3 g grapeseed oil
5 g lime juice
7 g soy sauce
Directions:
1. Cop all the vegetables. Hat the oil, fry the garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes. Add the lime, soy and vegetables - stir. Add the thinly sliced beef and continue stirring until cooked. Serve over rice, barley or noodles.
