Asian Beef and Broccoli

This economic slow-cooker beef dish can be on the table for a hungry family not long after you get home from work - very tasty!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 chuck steaks, boneless, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
1 (284 ml) can beef consomme
1/2 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (450 g) bag fresh broccoli florets
hot cooked rice
sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Place steaks in slow cooker. Pour consommé and oyster sauce over beef. Cover, cool on low for 6-7 hours.
2. Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid in a cup. Add to slow cooker. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook for 25 minutes longer or until thickened.
3. Poke holes in broccole bag with fork. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Empty bag into slow coker.
4. Gently toss beef and broccoli together.
5. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
