Don't forget the rice!
Ingredients:
1 lb sliced sirloin
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup julienne carrot
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet.
2. Add carrots and garlic until steak is cooked well.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the green onions.
4. Stir well and heat until sauce is reduced by 50%-about 5 minutes.
5. Add the sirloin and cook just until cooked, not too long or the meat with get tough.
6. Serve with rice and the green onions.
