Ingredients:
6 ounce(s) bow tie pasta cooked
1 can(s) articoke hearts drained / sliced
1 cup(s) plum tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil torn
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) feta cheese crumbled
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except feta and refrigerate for 1 hour; remove and top with feta. Optionally add black olives, cubed ham (2 thick slices) and couple handfuls of bag-a-salad.
