Boy, this is good stuff! That remark is coming from a person who can't abide artichokes. Try it, you'll like it! Serve with either Party Rye slices or nacho chips. Ingredients:
3 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
dash of garlic salt |
2 tablespoons chopped green onion or parsley |
4 ounces diced green chiles, if desired |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a quiche dish or a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 3. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes OR until lightly browned and bubbly. |
