Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 wedge roquefort cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
fresh lemon juice to taste
Directions:
1. In double boiler, melt butter
2. Add Roquefort cheese and lemon juice
3. Add drained artichokes to butter sauce
4. Serve hot
5. Great with steak, served on the side of steak
