Artichoke Heart Bread

My family loves this bread anytime !!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
3-4 cloves of garlic
16oz jar of artichoke hearts
1 cup of shredded spicy jack cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 loaf french bread large
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. melt butter in pan over med heat
3. add minced garlic cloves
4. cook 10 min or until light brown
5. stir in cheeses (except cheddar) sour cream
6. and artichoke
7. remove from heat
8. cut bread in half lengthwise
9. scoop out center of bread halves
10. add about half of bread from center
11. mix well
12. scoop mixture into bread halves
13. sprinkle with cheddar cheese
14. cover with foil and bake 25 min
15. uncover and bake 5-10 more min until cheese is bubbly and done how you like it...I like mine brown.
16. let cool a little then slice
