A wonderful cooked appetizer which looks lovely baked in a quiche dish! Serve on breads, crackers or chips.
Ingredients:
24 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
dash of garlic powder
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients well.
3. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole OR a quiche dish.
4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes OR until golden and bubbly.
