I have been making this recipe for many years now and it is always a hit.
Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 spring onion, finely chopped
3 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream (not lite)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated romano cheese
tobasco sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
garnish with freshly chopped or fresh sprigs of parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Drain artichoke hearts well.
3. Chop well and place in a large mixing bowl.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into 2 one quart ovenproof bowls.
6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until completely heated through.
7. Serve warm with veggies, crackers, or other snack foods
